Melissa A. Seguin, CPA, MSA

Tax Supervisor

Melissa Seguin joined Baker Holtz in May 2005. She provides income tax compliance and consulting services to closely-held businesses, their owners and high net worth individuals.

Melissa completed her BBA in Accounting and Finance at Grand Valley State University in April 2004. She also received her Master of Science in Accounting from Grand Valley State University in April 2005.  After passing the CPA exam on the first try, she received her license in 2006.

While attending GVSU, she was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, an accounting honors society.  Melissa’s professional memberships include the American Institute of CPAs, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, inFORUM, and Grand Valley State University Accounting Alumni Advisory Board.  She is also a member of American Society of Women Accountants and is the Past President for the organization.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys playing golf, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
